In fact, it won't be an exaggeration  to mention  that mushroom hummus brings the best of both worlds on one plate. We tried and totally fell  crazy  with the dish; and hence, we thought of sharing it with you. The recipe of mushroom hummus has been shared by celebrity Chef Anahita Dhondy on her official Instagram handle. "This Mushroom Hummus  may be a  meal in a bowl,  it is so  comforting. Warm chickpea puree loaded with sauteed mushrooms. What more could you ask for?" Chef Anahita states.  to start out  with, grind chickpeas for  some  seconds in a blender and add garlic, cumin powder, sesame seeds,  juice  and salt to it. Blend it again. To it, add  vegetable oil  and some ice cubes and grind. Remember, ice cubes help make the hummus smooth and fluffy. Now, transfer the hummus  during a  bowl and keep aside. In a pan, add butter and  vegetable oil  and saute the mushrooms. Ass chopped garlic, salt and pepper  thereto . Now, arrange the sauted mushrooms on the hummus, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and serve with pita bread,  bread , nachos or simple roti.
